Eric grew up in Massachusetts, he came to Rhode Island for college and has stayed ever since. He now is working in supply chain management while also pursuing an MBA. He came to know Christ in middle school from a friend inviting him to attend his church’s youth group. Eric is passionate about using his love of food to practice hospitality; blessing those in the church and providing opportunities for people to hear the gospel and get connected with other believers. In his free time he enjoys cooking, staying active, reading, and foraging
